£4.34 monthly membership (when paying by Direct Debit or Standing Order only) – this would contribute towards the cost of a patient visiting our day hospice
£13 for 13 weeks membership – you will be helping fund the cost of our counselling and support services for a patient and their family
£26 for 26 weeks membership – you will be helping to control a patient’s pain by giving the gift of medicine
£52 for 52 weeks membership – this would help fund the meals, support and specialist care offered to a patient staying at the hospice

This is the easiest way to play our Hospice Lottery regularly and also the lowest cost payment method for us to administer - leaving more money to fund our services.
Simply click here and provide your banking details online via our secure Direct Debit set up pages.
You can choose how many entries you want and how often you wish to renew your payment when you complete the form and we take care of the rest.
You get a confirmation of what has been arranged with your bank and all payments are covered under the Direct Debit guarantee so you will never pay more than you intended.
The minimum commitment that you can make using Direct Debit is £4.34 per month for one entry every week.

The minimum commitment you can make paying by card is £13 for one entry every week for 13 weeks. (You also have the option to purchase Lottery Gift Vouchers through this method)
Opening hours are 09.00am – 05.00pm, Monday to Friday. Out of hours you can leave a message and someone will return your call.
Complete the new membership form and post it to us. Enclosing a cheque/postal order or credit/debit card details for a 13, 26 or 52 week basis, or sign up by Standing Order as per the previous amounts or an option of a monthly payment of £4.34.
Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
