Shaw, Lees and Royton Charity Shops: Our shops are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm. Volunteers, male and female, work to a regular rota system of around 3 hours per session. Some of the shops are on more than one floor and even though some are on one level, a degree of fitness is required as some lifting and sorting of donated goods is involved.

Day Hospice

Hairdressers: Volunteers required to provide hairdressing services to patients (in 24 Hour Care and Day Hospice) and, to enhance relaxation and a sense of well being. Approx. 2/3 hours each week.

Arts & Crafts Volunteers: Volunteers familiar with teaching arts & crafts or using them as therapy required to work with patients in our Day Hospice. Times to suit, Monday to Friday between 10am – 3pm approx.
