We have two qualified complementary therapists at the Hospice. We are also extremely lucky to have several volunteer therapists who each hold the relevant qualification for their area of practice and give their time freely for the benefit of the hospice patients collectively. This enables the Hospice to offer a varied range of complementary therapies to patients.

Treatments are offered daily, subject to availability and qualification of the therapists on duty.
Basic aromatherapy oils are used, if appropriate, and under consultation with the medical staff. All treatments are carried out in the therapy room or in the inpatient unit.
Hairdressing, manicures and pedicures are also offered if desired, subject to availability.
