· Physiotherapist

Physiotherapist – Part time (12 hours per week)

· Can you holistically assess, plan, implement and evaluate an individual’s requirement for a treatment plan in line with best practice?

· Can you responsibly set goals for patients, involving them in all aspects of their treatment programmes which enable them to realise and maintain their potential?

· Have you worked within a small team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the development of the team?

If you have the ability to:

· Communicate well, and provide exceptional physiotherapist skills and expertise across the organisation

· Work flexibly using a high standard of prioritisation skills to meet service demands

· Identify and report risk or safeguarding concerns for vulnerable patients

· Contribute to service development

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated and forward thinking multi-disciplinary team in a very special care environment, offering your specialist knowledge and skills. This role is all about supporting patients with diverse health needs who may have complex terminal and life limiting conditions.

Salary: Starting salary £35,392 to £42,618 (subject to NHS cost of living award) (pro rata) per annum dependent on experience.
