We are on the lookout for retail volunteers for our brand new store located at Hill Stores on Huddersfield Road, Oldham.
The new shop, opening soon, will be the fifth, with the Hospice’s other stores based in Lees, Shaw and Royton, along with our ever popular Furniture Hub on Shaw Road, Oldham.
Leanne Gurney, Dr Kershaw's Hospice Volunteer Coordinator, said: “We have been so happy with the response we have received from the community so far but we still have a range of roles and sessions to fill, with availability from Monday through to Saturday and sessions from 9.30am to 1pm and then 1pm to 4.30pm. This is a varied role, you get to support the Hospice, make a real difference and be part of a team. No experience is needed as a full induction will be provided. If you love being around people, this might be the role for you. If you think you could welcome customers support on the till, or perhaps you would prefer to sort goods and restock the rails, please get in touch.”
