Patient and Relative Surveys

The Hospice conducts regular surveys of patients and carers across all of our services and makes recommendations for change based on feedback received. Copies of survey outcomes are available from the Director of Quality & Governance.

Complaints

All complaints are recorded and dealt with in accordance with the Hospice's Complaints Procedure. Verbal complaints can be made to members of staff but more formal complaints should be made in writing and sent to:
