Furniture Hub Hosts Professional Oldham Networking Event

On Thursday 23rd June, The Furniture Hub played host to Professional Oldham’s quarterly event.
Guests were welcomed to the store to check out the latest furniture pieces as well as making vital new business contacts. With refreshments available, those who attended were even able to enjoy entertainment from musical duo, Phil McArdle and Daz McKenna.
Rebecca Bentham, Director of Income Development and Marketing at said: “We were thrilled that Professional Oldham held their recent networking event at our Furniture Hub, we had quite a few purchases on the night too! The event was a great success, and a donation was made to our Hospice to support patient care for each ticket purchased!”
Professional Oldham is a not-for-profit group with a steering committee of volunteers from local businesses. For every event ticket purchased, a donation is made to the Hospice to provide patient care.
The purpose of the group is to introduce local businesses to each other in an informal no-pressure environment and to grow business contacts, local knowledge and share experiences.
