Knitter & Natter Group Donate to Dr Kershaw's

For over 20 years, the Knitter & Natter Group have been together, meeting each week to knit and then sell garments for children and newborns, whilst at the same time supporting the care of patients and their loved ones by donating all their proceeds to our Hospice.
The group who meet at Costa Café in Odeon Oldham every Friday sell all their intricately made garments at Janscrafts & Haberdashery, Wool, Fabrics & Trimmings in Oldham Indoor Market, before purchasing more wool from the same store to knit even more items, in support of the Hospice.
Rudi Ryan, Corporate Partnerships Lead said: “I’d like to thank the group and Janscrafts for their hard work, and for their fantastic donation of £1,200 this financial year! Their support will play a vital role in helping our doctors, nurses and health care assistants to look after the patients in our care and their families. I’d also like to thank the Odeon Oldham for allowing the group to use the café as a Hub.”
