Tandem Sky Dive Challenge

Sign up now to join Dr Kershaw’s Tandem Sky Dive on Sunday 18th September 2022 and experience the thrill of freefall from up to 15,000ft.

It’s the adrenaline rush like no other.

You will be in the very experienced hands of Skydive Northwest in Flookburgh, near Grange over Sands on the Lake District coast. This is less than two hours’ drive from Oldham with accommodation available nearby if you prefer to stay overnight before or after your jump.

The Sky Dive has sold out on the original date of Sunday 19th June, so we are pleased to announce we have added an additional date of Sunday 18th September 2022.

What  is a Tandem Skydive?

A tandem skydive requires minimal training and is the safest and most popular choice for first time skydivers. The instructor flies and lands the parachute, leaving you to relax and enjoy stunning views of the Lake District.

Tandem skydiving is the easiest and most hassle-free way to make your first skydive. You will jump from 15,000ft and no experience is necessary.

You will be in a dual harness, securely attached to your instructor who will give you a taste of what skydiving is all about. You’ll experience the amazing thrill of free-fall skydiving and enjoy a long parachute descent.

Because the tandem instructor takes control of everything, such as opening the tandem parachute and landing, your preparation for the jump only takes about 20 minutes and you’ll be in the safest of hands.

With limited places available for the date, take a deep breath, make the leap, and book your place today and make 2022 the year to say “I did it! I did a sky dive!”
